What we collect

EdgeCatcher does not ask for, collect or store personal information from visitors. There are no accounts, sign-ups or tracking cookies on this site.

The dashboard stores two small values in your own browser (local storage): when your free trial started and whether you have paid. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.

Google account access

EdgeCatcher uses the Gmail API with the "send email" permission only, to send its own operating reports and system alerts to the site owner. It cannot read, search or delete any email. It is not used with any visitor's Google account, and no Google user data is shared with anyone or used for advertising.

Telegram

If you message the EdgeCatcher Telegram bot, Telegram shares your chat ID and username with it. We use these only to run the bot and never share them.
